Medical Clinic
Swami’s greatest dream was to build a hospital for poor and needy people. In 2015, we began taking the first steps to make this dream a reality. On Kartika Purnima, we started renovating an existing building in order to convert it into a medical clinic.
On January 8, 2016, the Medical Clinic on the ashram’s south-east grounds was opened. The clinic, including medical consultations and all treatments, was free of charge for poor patients living in and around Penukonda. From the very beginning, our aim was to establish this facility as a permanent medical practice—one that would continue in the long term and care for people’s health needs every day.
History of the Dental Clinic
A long held wish came true in August 2024 - the free dental clinic has been inaugurated.
Poor dental health and very high dental costs have been the reasons, to support the community with this free health service. Often the pay of 3-4 days work is required for a simple dental check-up, which most local people cannot afford.
More than 100 patients have so far received dental treatment on Sundays. Dr. Suhitha and Dr. Ramya give their time and work for free. A big thank you for their support.
With sufficient funds in the future, we plan to open the clinic on more days per month.
Our next big project is already in the planning stage. Due to poor dental health and very high dental costs, we have decided to support the community with a free dental clinic. Often the pay of 3-4 days work is required for a simple dental check-up, which most local people cannot afford. To start with, we plan to open a day clinic twice a month, which we hope to expand in the future.
We would like to invite you to become a sponsor and to contribute through your heartfelt donation to continue improving the wonderful service, which is offered for free for people in need. All Donations however small or big would be gratefully received. Please send your donation with your Paypal account or other payment method.
Who cares if someone has incredible powers? You must understand people's pain and their love. If your heart is open to them, then you are a great healer. The healing energy flows from your heart. It flows from your soul. Whatever illness, suffering, or emotional problems the person may have, you can easily heal them with your love. Try to serve them... in Telugu, this is called Madhava Seva. Bhagvan Seva.
